Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner

Job description / Role

Exciting opportunity to join the construction claims and contracts division of an international advisory consultancy. The successful candidate will join a small team of professionals in Qatar and be expected to carry out delay analysis autonomously and take responsibility for the delivery of client projects. Requirements

• A degree in a construction related subject with further qualifications/professional accreditations such as LLM, MRICS etc
• A minimum of 5 years experience in delay analysis
• Knowledge of current project planning techniques
• Good understanding of contracts such as NEC, FIDIC etc
• Able to work on claims / dispute resolution
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent client liaison skills
