Deputy Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

Immediate vacancy for an experienced Deputy Maintenance Manager to join this large european company in Qatar working on one of their most prestigious projects and clients' in Doha.

This role is to head the maintenance team within this state of the art air cargo handling facility. You will be required to make up the team providing 24/7 support in responsive and scheduled maintenance.

You will be able to create maintenance plans and modify existing ones where required.

You will be able to fault find and provide resolution and repair within agreed time frames as set out in the service level agreement - this will include being on call and being able to provide emergency support as and when required.

Requirements

Candidates ideally will have 5-10 years experience as a maintenance team leader working within a large scale material / cargo handling facility. You will be educated to degree level.

You will have an in depth knowledge of industrial mechanical / electrical systems.

You will be able to speak fluent english and also be able to read / write in english fluently.

Any experience of working in the Middle East would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
