Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Management of number allocation and general data issue.
- Issue, track and expedite squad checks either electronic, hard copy or serial via a review room/desk.
- Provide general support to the Document Control team.
- Processes engineering and supplier documents through all procedural steps in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Performs data entry to produce logs, transmittals and other reports
- Provide reproduction, scanning support, distribution of documents, retrieval and filing of all project documents.
- Assembles document packages for special issues and data books.
- Performs regular housekeeping on all project documents (hard copy, electronic and work area)
- Performs administrative duties to support Lead Document Controller/Senior Document Controller. (Generating registers, Extracting data & documents
- Assists in Record Management and Archival exercise
- Contributes and adheres to company and departmental policies and objectives .

Quality Assurance
- Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.

Safety
- Responsible for personal safety and working within the Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
- Competent in implementing HSE in the design process, focuses on process safety and strives to use best practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Trade Apprenticeship, Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline

HSE Capability:
- Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.
- Demonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of world's best

IT Skills:
- Shall be expert on Computer operations and MS office Products like Excel, Word, Access etc
- A concise understanding of Worley systems - Oracle (Time writing), EcoSys (Project Control), WPMP (Company standard processes and procedures).
- Familiar with Encompass, ASSAI and AIMS EDMS.
