Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
• To ensure all guest expectations are met and exceeded by handling and following up on guest requests and complaints.
• To oversee hotel operations in the absence of management, ensuring guest and staff safety, and to monitor that MGallery standards are applied at all times.

Essential and optional requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within in a luxury/ upscale hotel is a must
• Must be proficient in computer; ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
• Experience working with multi-cultural teams.
