E2E Solution Architect Enterprise - Vodafone Qatar

The E2E Solution Architect Enterprise is accountable and responsible for the Enterprise Service design in the HLD and LLD phases.

In this regard he/she will coordinate the design process with all involved parties, internal and external.

As a result of the design work, he/she will provide a SOW, HLD/LLD, BoQ with costs and a project schedule for the E2E solution. He/she will then obtain the approval from Networks, IS and Operations.

The E2E Solution Architect Enterprise will also engage with VBS (Vodafone Business Services) to support the pre-sales activities and will be the focal point between VBS and Technology for design related questions.

He/She will also support and coordinate the creation of new standard services for Enterprise customers

Financial Responsibility (Budget or P&L etc.):
- Support budget planning for Enterprise projects and ensuring efficient use of company’s CAPEX, direct costs & OPEX budget.
- Support in offer negotiations?

Business Responsibility (customers/staff etc):
- Design efficient solutions which fulfils the customer requirements and the Vodafone guidelines
- Enterprise Customer NPS

Role Accountabilities (Financial, customer, operational, KPI’s etc.)

Planning & Design
- Coordination of the design process with all involved parties, internal and external
- Review and validate all Enterprise Service related planning, design and optimization proposals from Outsourced partner in light of customer requirements, network quality & cost efficiency.
- Consolidation and completion of the E2E design of the Enterprise Service and obtain the approval from Networks, IS and Operations
- Provide the SOW, HLD/LLD, BoQ with costs and a project schedule for the E2E solution
- Support the company budget cycle process
- Support and coordinate new design standards which are required to provide Enterprise customer services
- Support and coordinate the creation of new standard services for Enterprise customers

- Identifies innovation opportunities in the relevant area and solutions to address this to the relevant area within Technology
- Contribute to identify and implement solutions improving performance, quality and efficiency and enabling cost base reduction

Leadership and teamwork
- Support pre-sales activities as a focal point between VBS, Technology and 3rd parties.
- Engage with local cross functional teams capturing the customer requirements and driving the definition of the deliverables in the specific area

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in the design/engineering of fixed and mobile based telecommunication services
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex design solutions for Enterprise services
- Proven communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Proven team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff
- Substantial E2E technological background, gained in global, multi-cultural organisations
