Employment: Full Time

Coordination of ERP transformation / Oracle Implementation for the Container Shipping Business Unit.

Agency performance management for all feeder and liner agencies globally, including identification of agencies, establishment of target's / KPIs and review of the same in cooperation with BU department heads.

Description

* Support the Head of Container Shipping in creating and implementing a project plan to ensure seamless implementation of ERP across the Container Shipping Business Unit
* Communicate the plan, roles, constraints, milestones, and critical path to all team members, project stakeholders, and concise summary to BU leaders.
* Ensure tasks are aligned with project priorities and effectively escalate issues
* Lead the day to day management, planning, and tracking of all ERP related sub- projects from the planning and design through the execution and delivery, concluding with transition of end-user, technical support resources and project close
* Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organisational needs
* Coordinate identification of agencies in new locations together with BU department heads and ensure agency selection check list (incl overview of financial performance, CR, quality system (ISO certificates) etc is properly and timely completed after agency candidate interviews/meetings for a correct assessment of best possible agency candidate
* Lead negotiation for terms and conditions with the shortlisted agency candidate(s) in close cooperation with operational and commercial managers (feeder) and/or manager (NVOCC). Subsequently ensure agency agreement (as per company templates) is drafted and reviewed with both agency, BU and legal prior signing and distributing.
* Establish a set of clear KPI's (measurable) with each agency as per operational and commercial targets agreed with BU departments and ensure those are properly communicated to relevant agency management
* Take the lead in monthly/quarterly agency performance review and ensure any issues/highlights listed in review form to be addressed will be executed within a week after completed performance review and necessary follow up on action items

Requirements

- MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree or relevant degree in Supply Chain Management or IT
- MUST HAVE Experience with full scale ERP implementation
- MUST HAVE Hands on experience in performance management preferably from shipping agency
- Middle East experience is a distinct advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and web applications
- English critical; Arabic a plus
- Ability to simplify technical information into easily understood documents
- Shipping background an advantage - though ERP knowledge from a BU perspective is critical alongside agency management experience
