Executive Assistant

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and candidates must either be already based in Qatar, or alternatively work in the Middle East region, ideally for at least the last five years minimum.

The role supports the CEO on 1:1 basis, but also provides administrative and office support to a wider team network. Our multinational client has not only extensive, diversified business interests in Qatar, but throughout the Middle East region and globally. As a prospective candidate, you will be able to demonstrate strong regional knowledge, cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the political landscape of the region. You will be used to managing high profile relationships with government figures and international business leaders and you will be able to act as ambassador for the CEO at all times.

The company prides itself on having a very diverse workforce in place, however, due to the nature of this role and the level of correspondence required, it is essential that candidates possess English as their first language. It is a very busy and pressurised role, which supports an individual who is a true visionary, an 'ideas' man, who operates a very open door, collaborative policy with his employees. As a result the volume of work is large and highly detail orientated; nothing is too big or too small for his attention.

Requirements

As well as what has already been outlined, experience supporting C-Suite level within an MNC, a strong personality and the ability to adapt and show flexibility is also especially important.
