Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Administrative and executive support of the Technical Department
• Preparation of correspondence
• Filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and other documents
• Schedules and appoints meetings
• Preparation of minutes of meetings
• Office organization
• Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in typewriting skills and the utilization of MS Office and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, is required
• May establish and maintain records of equipment, including a log of equipment service dates.
• May initiate requests for service.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Requirements

• MUST be a native Arabic speaker with Strong English skills (Speaking, reading & writing)

Minimum Experience:
• Bachelors Degree Education in a relevant subject
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience

QPM operates in the Construction field. The ideal candidate will have experienced working in a similar company/industry and supported a Senior Level Manager.
