What you will be doing:

- Cares about Guests' and team needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience
- Position will be required to work on different schedules that may include evenings or week-ends.
- Hands on operational experience
- Keen knowledge of trends, flavors, pricing and presentation.
- Experience in controlling various food cost and inventories correctly.
- Experience with scheduling /managing labor.
- Menu writing and Engineering
