Job description / Role
Our client is looking to hire a well-presented, corporate Executive Secretary to join a 5 star luxury hotel in the heart of Qatar.
As the Executive Secretary you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager and two other Senior Managers in all office administrative and executives secretarial functions from diary, email and travel management, drafting letters and correspondence, handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence, monthly expense statements, file documentation management and assisting with events as and when required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a 5 star luxury hotel. You should be able to work under pressure, multi-task, be an innovative thinker and have a professional and enthusiastic demeanour liaising with all internal and external stakeholders. You should also have a polite and welcoming attitude who works well independently and can keep up with the daily demands of supporting three senior executives.
