Job description / Role
Guildhall is representing an established company in the Middle East seeking to hire an F&B General Manager in Qatar. We are looking for someone innovative with proven leadership skills and strong strategic planning abilities.
As an F&B General Manager, you will:
- Supervise and manage the entire F&B operation
- Develop, implement and implement creative food and beverage services
- Establish standards, policies, and procedures
- Make sure that all processes adhere to these policies, standards, and procedures
- Gather feedback from management, guests, and customers
- Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections
- Ensure that food is safe, clean, and fresh
- Generate reports for the Chairman
Requirements
- At least 10 years relevant work experience in a similar position; very strong background in hospitality, catering, or industrial kitchens
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- GCC Experience would be ideal
- Experience conducting team meetings
- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and operations management
- Thrives in a multi cultural environment
