Employment: Full Time

A facilities manager is a job role that is responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities managers are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.

Client Details
A Multi-million dollar Enterprise with an extensive range of business activities. The family Group is involved in dealing with Property, Hospitality, Trading, Services, Education, Transportation, Investments.

Description:
* Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
* Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
* Inspect building's structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
* Review utilities consumption and strive to minimise costs
* Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
* Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
* Allocate office space according to needs
* Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
* Handle insurance plans and service contracts
* Keep financial and non-financial records
* Perform analysis and forecasting Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
* Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
* Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Good analytical/critical thinking
* Has engineering or technical background.

Job Offer
QAR 40,000-45,000 Per Month

Requirements

10-20 Years of Proven work experience

Good Communicatioon Skills.

HVAC/BMS Plus NEBOSH is Advantageous
