Facilities Manager for a 5 Star Project
Guildhall is working with a prestigious client on a luxury 5-star development in Qatar who is looking for a Facility Manager to join the team due to a new long term contract extension.
This iconic development requires an FM who is very personable and is able to deal with high profile clientele. The tenants of this property are covered on a 24/7 basis and expect a high standard of service so anyone with experience in the hospitality industry or VIP project would be ideal.
QAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
In order to be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in facility management
- 3+ years of experience in Qatar
- Experience in hospitality or luxury projects
- FM training/certificates
