Job description / Role
Objectives: To implement and monitor the brands strategy in the market to maximise sales and profit. Responsible for contributing and implementing the brands marketing plans for existing and new products and adhering to operational standard in the stores.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the brand's growth in current and new markets based on business development plans and market analysis
- Reduce stock left over per brand and increment the sell thru per brand and the total for the brand
- Regularly monitor brand performance and interpret and translate analysis into strategic and operational plans
- Establish seasonal/ annual budgets and targets for the shops
- Review daily, weekly and monthly reports inclusive of daily sales reports, monthly in and out reporting as well as competitor analysis
- Strive to maximise sales and profitability of all outlets within the brands region of operations
- Regularly review consumer, competitor analysis and market trends to create growth opportunities and initiatives
- Responsible for product procurement to supplement any gaps in host brand offer, through development of supplier relationships
- Contribute to implementing the marketing calendar and strategy for the brand and its products (including pricing and promotions)
- Increase brand loyalty through customer outreach, promotions and overall brand strategy
- Supervise the design of shops in compliance with design manuals and brand standards, coordinating the opening calendar for new stores
- Set and adhere to stock management plans
Travel requirements: Occasional travel across the GCC as per business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management within fashion retail
