Female Inventory Controller

We are looking for a meticulous female Inventory Controller to manage and control the flow of inventory for our salon and cosmetics business in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring efficient and organized storage of products. The Inventory Controller will play a critical role in optimizing inventory processes and minimizing stock discrepancies to support the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all salon and cosmetics products.
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies or variances in inventory levels.
- Ensure efficient and organized storage of products to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the salons, sales team, and purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Implement inventory control best practices to minimize wastage and reduce carrying costs.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role in the salon or cosmetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics is a plus.
