Guildhall client is a Grade A Contractor that has an excellent track record in both Construction and Facilities Management.
Their FM Division is expanding and as part of this aggressive growth phase, they are looking to hire a Tendering Manager.
- You will be responsible for searching for new tenders, screening of tender documents and analysing the eligibility to participate for tenders.
- A proven track record in understanding of tender documentation and preparation of synopsis is required.
- This person will be responsible for drafting of Proposals for various Facility Management projects in coordination with other departments.
- Preparing pre-bid queries and regular follow up with the concerned departments.
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Degree Educated
- Experience of tendering for both Soft and Hard Services within the Qatar market
- Strong experience of managing RFPs
- Strong analytical skills / strategic thinker
- Strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service focus.
