Job description / Role
• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet
• Leading, Mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties
• Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
• Manage the maintenance of the food & beverage services areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality services
• Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food & Beverage Teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions.
• Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
QAR 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Bonus on Revenue
• Bachelor of Hospitality or relevant
• Has previous experience in Qatar
• Has similar previous experience for at least 5 years as an Operation Manager
• Must be Arabic Speaker
• Must have worked in branded casual restaurants or fine dining, not fast food and not restaurants within hotels.
