On behalf of our client, this General Manager role will sit within their Top Management bracket.

As their General Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the different departments involved in the Company's operation to guarantee the best experience. Supervises Resources, Sales and Finance administration and ensures communication between all stakeholders.

The main responsibilities, but will not be isolated to the following:

* Oversee the Administrative & Operational functions necessary to ensure an adequate supply of applicants, employees, and candidates to meet the needs of client companies.
* Prepare budgets and maintain expense control, ensuring budgeted profit level. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Manage and support the operations team through defining precise local operational processes with a focus on strong operational execution and results.
* Recruit, hire, develop, and supervise all internal office personnel consistent with company policies and procedures to ensure that office objectives are met.
* Develop strategies to strengthen employee's value proposition so as to continually grow our supply base, performance, quality, compliance, and retention.
* Actively lead and/or support the expansion across the rest of the country.

You will have a strategic influence, within the following Business Functions: Sales and Marketing, Financial and Operational Activities.

Operational Activities

* Ensure compliance with Qatar employment laws governing the workplace and employment process.
* Establish Office and individual objectives with the MD & CEO of the compan
* Administer the performance management system through regular individual performance appraisals and recommends compensation adjustments in coordination with the HR department.
* Identify employees training and development needs and opportunities.

Sales and Marketing

* Establish Sales goals to ensure maximum market share and gross margin with the MD & CEO of the company.
* Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set objectives.
* Conduct sales calls with the Sales Manager, negotiates rates, reviews and approves proposals and consummates agreements

Financial and Administration Activities:

* Aid in establishing Operating forecasts and budgets and manage office to achieve established financial objectives.
* Evaluate and approve financial expenditures. Maintain confidentiality of processed information.
* Analyze frequency and severity of operational hazards and determine potential for financial risk to the Company
* Meet with Client owners, Managers and department heads to solve problems, ascertain specific needs and determine essential job function requirements. Communicates Client assignment details to internal staff.
* Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence, monitoring working climate and deliver communications solutions when needed.
* Identifying process, system, and reporting needs and delivering against these requirements.
* Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
* This role demands excellent stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance

Qualifications

* Educational Background: Business Administration
* Bachelor's or Master's degree Minimum
* 15 years of experience in Staffing Services
* Advanced Level of English
* Sales, Marketing, Operations, Outsourcing, Business Intelligence, High growth Operations, Advertising, Client Liaison, Start Up Operations.
