Guildhall is supporting a long term top tier client in Qatar in identifying a General Manager for their Cold Chain Distribution Division.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Training managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Major account relationships and development.
- Dealer Principal activities for various brands.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analysing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.

We are looking for experts in the Cold Chain Transportation/Logistics/Fleet Management sector.

Requirements

- Candidates should have extended experience in the transport refrigeration industry/cold chain transportation
- Candidates should be experienced in the GCC
- Candidates should have around 10+ years of post graduate experience
- Candidates should have been responsible for their divisions P&L
