Ground Handling Agent l

Job description / Role

• Physical handling of Cargo material including special products in timely and safely manner
• Loads baggage and cargo, safely in accordance with published procedures, and under the direction of assigned Team Leader
• Handle baggage safely in compliance with published guidelines by customer airlines
• Assists physically handicapped passengers or other passengers with special needs
• Moves / handles all job related working equipment during the duty hours as instructed by shift supervisor
• Cleans aircraft cabin, Aircraft Interior, Exterior cleaning & provide helping assisting at workshops and stores safely and in accordance with cleaning and dressing of aircraft standard Procedures and SOP’s
• Packs and disposes rubbish correctly to prevent FOD on Airside
• Keeps Aircraft Appearance vehicles clean and stocked with cleaning materials
• Completes the job as per requirement in a daily basis as directed by Supervisor
• Reports any security incident / inappropriate conducts
• Works with honesty and integrity and report of any misconduct related to theft or receiving benefits from customer
• Performs washing and cleaning of Vehicles, Ground Services Equipment and any other items
• Performs housekeeping of assigned areas of work
• Assists the workshop staff in any job to complete the job on time as per requirements

Requirements

Essential
• Basic literacy, Numeracy skills, English communication skills
• Entry level - no prior job-related work experience OR
• High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education)
• Entry level - no prior job-related work experience

Preferred
• Minimum 1 years’ experience (entry level)
