Are you passionate about providing exceptional hospitality experiences? Do you have a welcoming smile and a knack for making guests feel at home? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Movenpick Hotel Wellington is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team.

As a Guest Service Agent at Movenpick Hotel Wellington, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is essential in creating lasting impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
- Resolving guest issues and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
- Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assisting in Food & Beverage duties when required
- Must have full NZ driving licence

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.
