Prestigious semi-government real estate company, owning and managing major luxury mixed-use community developments in Qatar and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career with one of the regions leading developers in a position that is responsible for the procurement of goods or services for the company’s international projects. You will ensure that the company secures the best deals for materials and services obtained and manage and prepare project related contracts ensuring alignment with respective project's needs.

You will be involved in all aspects of tendering, contract processes, control mechanisms and reporting.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in large scale construction management. Knowledge of tendering and procurement processes (should have performed procurement/contracting duties) is a must and you will be experienced in awarding and managing contracts; knowledge of commercial, technical and legal contract terms and in-depth knowledge of procurement and contracting standards, requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures; understanding of the local regulation
