QNB Group has witnessed rapid international expansion in the past few years and operates in 24 countries around the world through its network, subsidiaries and associate companies employing about 8,800 staff from 400 branch and offices that is supported by an ATM network that exceeds 800 machines.You will be responsible for devising the strategy for internal communications within the Group. You will also manage and implement all internal channels of communication to ensure the effective communication flow with all internal parties to facilitate meeting the Group's strategic objectives.

You will:
Assist in setting and controlling communications and PR related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the communications strategy.
Coordinate the documentation and the implementation of departmental policies and procedures which will set out the principles, methodology and techniques to establish effective internal communications.
Manage, drive and execute internal communication programs aimed at facilitating inter-organization communication and enhancing internal stakeholder awareness with regard to Group operations, products and events.
Be responsible for the development of all internal communication material including newsletters and intranet material and refines and improves existing communication vehicles on an ongoing basis.
Assist in establishing and implementing best in class communication practices and frameworks across the Group.
Develop of specific scenario-based crisis response plans. Provide critical communications assistance during crises, including message development and communication strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications and Public Relations, Masters is a plus.
Experience in a major bank of which at least 3 years where of a managerial capacity in a similar function.
