Job description / Role
Working for a leading Qatari Bank, with growing regional operations, they hold a fantastic brand name and reputation in the market - recruiting and retaining top talent from around the globe.
As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for all aspects related to Banking Operations and related functions and activities. You will act as the interface with internal and external stakeholders on operational and general banking matters. Additionally, you will ensure that the bank is compliant with all applicable policies and procedures and protect the bank from any operational loss.
Requirements
You must have at least 10 years work experience in banking operations with at least three in a similar position. You must have GCC experience.
Fluency in Arabic is a must. Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven background is a requirement.
