Job description / Role
A job opportunity is available for a Head of Products. This role is responsible for the management of the existing product suite & lead the ongoing development of new products. The individual would need 10-12 years of related experience in a similar position in a banking industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging & pricing strategy to produce sustainable/profitable business and ensure product/channel diversification.
• Manage the execution of consumer & market research to further support rationale for product development and positioning within the marketplace.
• Manage key external and internal stakeholder relationships in respect of product management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) written and spoken
• 10-12 years work experience in similar role.
• University graduate with a bachelor degree in Insurance and/or Actuarial or similar.
