Job description / Role
• Responsible for managing the entire support operations of a cluster of venues during both event and non-event scenarios.
• Role will be responsible for taking senior level decisions on technology rollout or technology changes across a cluster of venues.
• Role will be responsible for the management of all sub-contractor resources / vendor management to ensure the delivery of services by the contractor are as per the agreed KPIs/SLAs.
Requirements
• 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in the same field preferably in consulting with exposure to multiple clients and business domains.
• More than 5 years’ experience in designing implementing and managing venue/stadium based technology for SMART stadium, venues and mega events covering systems such as CCTV, IPTV, Digital Signage, Access Control, Intruder Detection & other ELV systems.
• Experienced in working within multi-sport venues or stadiums hosting mega events
• Advanced to expert level in managing group of more than 10 technical staff.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
