Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established holding group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Hotel General Manager for their 5 star hotel residences, operated by a renowned international brand. As the Hotel General Manager you will manage all hotel operations and report to the group Director of Operations and Managing Director of the holding group.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the full opening and day-to-day operations of the property, a 5 star luxury location. You will also be responsible for ensuring and maximising the revenue and overseeing a team in excess of 200 staff and 400 keys.
The successful candidate should be a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a 5 star property for at least 3 years. Experience in a known or international brand is a must, preferably pre-opening. You should also have an experience in the Middle East, the UAE or Qatar, this would be a distinct advantage.
