Job Description:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and government entities.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate & finalize contracts with clients to increase hotel revenue.

Salary: up to 15K QAR all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Doha, Qatar

About the Client:
A leading 5 Star Luxury Hotel based in Qatar.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic Speakers
• 35 to 45 years old
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Sales or Marketing Management
• Previous experience must be in any luxury hotel within GCC
• Must have 2 years experience as a Director or Assistant Director with proven track records of sales
