Job Description

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Maintain the cleanliness of the common area
- Preparing rooms for new arriving employees
- Assisting new joiners with their assigned room
- Attending the queries of the staff in terms of accommodation maintenance
- To attend training courses given by Housing and Human Resources
- To comply with any reasonable request by the Supervisor and Hotel Management

Requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum 1-year experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
- High school diploma preferred, or equivalent
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guest
- Must be able to perform assigned duties cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision
