Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established and well respected conglomerate in Doha, Qatar. Our client is in search of a fully-fledged HR and Administration Director who will report directly to the Owner.
Your main duties and responsibilities would be to lead a strong HR team and manage the HR and Administration function within the group. You will oversee the effective development and implementation of strategies, processes, policies, procedures and services, in order to support and achieve the business objectives in line with the organisation’s vision, mission and goals.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in HR, with at least 8 years’ in a managerial capacity. You should have excellent leadership skills; fluency in both English and Arabic would be advantageous. You should also have strong knowledge of HR processes and the Qatar labour law (preferred).
