Job description / Role
• Leave and attendance monitoring and maintenance.
• Preparation of employment letters i..e. salary certificate
• Maintaining of document filling system both hard & soft copy.
• Assist with the recruitment and mobilization of new employees
• Supports the HR Department in any areas whenever required and performs duties assigned by the Administration Director and HR Coordinator.
• Assists with the yearly performance management review process
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• At least five (5) years experience
• Must posses the "what it take" or "can do" attitude
• Excellent English skills both written and oral.
• Can work independently and as a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
