Job description / Role
Our client are seeking a strong HR Business Partner who has a strong ability to forge and maintain relationships across the business. You will have prior experience of working across the full HR remit including areas such as managing change and organisational design, workforce performance and planning, learning and development including succession planning and mapping and employee relations.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have at least 10 years experience within HR of which 3 years must be at a senior level. You will be a be a strong communicator along with having a very sound understanding of HR Practice in Qatar/GCC. You will be educated to degree level or hold relevant HR qualifications from a recognized university. It would be beneficial if you hold a masters degree.
