HR Business Partner - Banking

Our client, one of the leading local banks in Qatar are looking for a HR Business Partner to be based in their Doha head office. This role is very much focused around leadership development across all areas of the business.

Purpose:
• Partner with the Business Unit leader and team to drive business performance.
• Coach and develop the leadership.
• Significantly increase leadership bench strength and organisational capability.
• Design and deliver high-impact people programs.
• Manage HR compliance and risk.
• Work with the HR functions to align HR services to Business Unit needs.

Salary:
QAR 29,900 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual airfare, medical and life insurance, discretionary performance bonus.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of human resource disciplines including recruitment and selection, compensation, organizational diagnosis, organizational design, performance management, nationalization, employee relations.
• Postgraduate, change management, project management qualifications highly regarded
• Senior level HR experience, demonstrating competence, growth and advancement in the profession.
• Experienced in consulting to leaders, and leading and delivering change.
• Experience in leading and managing within an MNC HR Business Partnering framework
