Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a globally recognized financial consultancy group, who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to join their team. This role reports directly to the Head of HR Operations.
As the HR Business Partner/HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the complete performance management process including goal setting, KPI review, interim review and end of year performance summary processes. You will work closely with management to build morale, improve work relationships and increase productivity and employee retention.
In addition, you will also collaborate with the Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Learning and Development team supporting our People priorities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or a relevant HR Professional qualification, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
This role requires someone who is fluent in English with excellent report writing and presentation abilities, and Arabic is advantageous. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Qatari labour law is essential. You must have strong analytical and collaborations skills, be able to work under pressure and have the tenacity to get things done.
