Job description / Role
A large Project Management organisation is seeking to hire a western educated HR Relationship & Administration Manager with experience of working in GCC. The role reports to the HR Director and the key aim of the role is to manage the development and effective implementation of policies and practices in areas of HR Administration and Employee Relations in order to build, maintain and enhance employee relations. The HR Relationship Manager helps to foster harmonious working relationships in the organisation while ensuring the provision of effective HR services to achieve smooth employee administration in accordance with overall organisational policies and global best practices.
Key responsibility areas include (but not limited to):
- HR Strategy Planning
- Stakeholder Management
- Employee Relations
- Budgets and Plans
- Management of HR Administration Services
Salary: AED 40-45K per month plus Kids Education, Family Medical, Family Tickets and Bonus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or equivalent from a reputed university
- In depth knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations
- Qatari National - preferable
Experience:
- Min 8-12 years' International experience in a Project management/Engineering/Construction Consulting company or Oil and Gas Industry
- Min 5-6 years in employee relations/HR management role - Essential
Job Specific Skills:
- English (Native or Fluent) - Essential
- Arabic - Desirable
