Job description / Role
Information Manager - Major Infrastructure Scheme - Doha
Reporting to the Program Director and responsible for developing, implementing and managing the information management services for the program.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the IM team
- Coordinate client and program management team IM requirements
- Develop and implement the IM execution strategy to achieve the program requirements
- Develop and implement IM standards, policies and procedures
- Deliver and implement IM systems and tools - hardware and software
- Deliver training on IM systems and tools
- Management of IM service interfaces between the client, program management team, Consultants and Contractors
- Provide monthly and weekly reports
- Preparing and making presentations
Requirements
- BSc in related subject or equivalent experience
- 10 years post graduate experience
- Excellent knowledge of information management, systems, tools, hardware and software
- Knowledge of major civil infrastructure projects
- IT professional and expert user of IM systems
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage
- Excellent report writing skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
