Job description / Role
An Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed and promoted in a retail store in order to maximize sales and profitability. Also controls the shelf life of goods, price tags, works with tester samples of products.
Responsibilities:
- Replenishment and layout of goods on shelves in the trading floor
- Control of expiry dates of the goods, which are presented in the trading floor
- Checking the availability of tester products in the store
- Work with goods to ensure that all goods are available according to merchandising standards
- Working closely with the store warehouse
- Printing and checking of price tags
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Similar experience would be an advantage
