Job description / Role
- Kerridge Autoline 8.35 version automotive system ERP/DMS/CRM/Payroll/Personnel/Reports all module system admin level administration, encoding, support and providing user training as and when needed.
- Good understanding of automotive business (dealership environment) and its business processes
- Through expertise of Kerridge Autoline system, proven hands - on experience across major Kerridge modules including Aftersales, Vehicle Sales, Stock Management, Marketing, CRM, Finance and Advanced Analysi (BI/Reporting)
- Daily analysis of EOD files, Panic files, Parts Stock vs NL Stocks Analysis, Vehicle Stock vs NL Stock analysis of non - balancing day books
- Creation of EOD requests, create / modify the timed operations chain
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years or more experience with Kerridge autoline ERP system. Gulf/Middle East experience from a similar automotive environment would be advantage
- Sounds knowledge in writing reports using KCML, ODBC and overlay
- Sun Solaris 10 Server administration or any equivalent UNIX system experience
- Experience of providing training and consulting at a senior and user level
- Ability to improve existing Kerridge Autoline Rev 8.35 system
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral ) and Interpersonal skills
