Job description / Role
Leading Kids Club team to create a professional and safe environment in which to deliver a Kids Club programme. Developing and coordinating the delivery of children's club activities in all-weather condition according to agreed company standards, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
• Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Create a safe environment for both heartists and children to operate in.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair and security of equipment's.
• Organise a working rota taking into consideration qualifications and company set ratios.
• Lead a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide supervision and assistance to all children each day.
Requirements
• Train, motivate and appraise the children's club team to ensure the highest levels of service, and coordinate and deliver a training programme assuming responsibility for the development of the kids club team.
• Develop positive working relationships with all departments.
• Help organize and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.
• Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.
