Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Coordinate, advice, train and coach resources across the Department on the purpose and requirements of the KPIs and act as a Custodian of the Department’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Coordinate with relevant staff responsible for KPIs performance (in Sections and external service providers) to collect base KPI data and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and reporters (internal and external) to agree levels of performance.
• Analyse KPIs performance and identify trends from base data.
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks and issues, to appropriate line management.
• Support and provide insight to management on potential areas for improvements in processes, procedures and general operating practice.
• Maintain KPI reporting on a regular basis and advise management and responsible reporters of any changes in requirements.
• Prepare various regular reports including internal Departmental KPI Reports (monthly), ad hoc reports as required.
• Organize and lead KPIs Forum meetings and provide a secretarial service.
• Attend, participate and contribute to team and project meetings as required.
• Contribute to the delivery of the business strategy.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Department’s KPIs by collating, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of key performance metrics across the Department.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify management actions arising from data trends and analysis, to mitigate business risks or events which may adversely impact on the Department and capitalize on opportunities.
• Raise any issues that require consideration to the Team Lead/ Engineering Advisor / Expert for advice on actions/ recommendations
• Perform other duties/ tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia.
• Holder of Accreditation from recognize Institute or similar would be an advantage.
• Current/valid Qatar Driving License would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in tracking and monitoring Department KPI.
• Ability to produce Executives reports is compulsory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills ideally including work within the Middle East.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic will be an advantage
