Job description / Role
A challenging role has recently opened within one of the largest retailers in Qatar. The company is currently looking to hire a Leasing Manager to join their high performing team in Doha.
As the Leasing Manager, you will take over the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily leasing operations and guarantee full optimization of resources
- Source suitable tenancies on a strategic basis
- Review and validate retail concepts
- Maintain a full comprehension of Regional retailers and their portfolios
- Build and develop relationships with Middle East retailers
- Work together with the Retail Leasing Team in different projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, Real Estate or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Retail Leasing
- Retail leasing involvement with regional malls and community retail
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of leasing commercial facilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
