Job description / Role
Guildhall has an exclusive assignment to assist one of the global contracting and engineering groups in identifying a LEED Specialist & Energy Coordinator on an integrated facilities management project in Doha, Qatar.
This exciting long-term flagship project includes buildings, commercial and residential properties, retail, cultural and entertainment areas which is valued at over 10 Billion QAR.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in managing energy reduction programs
- 3 to 5 years experience in LEED certified facilities
- Knowledge of building automation systems and remote metering
- Computer literate including excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- LEED AP credentials
- Post secondary education in environmental engineering or equivalent
