Charterhouse is working with a top ten professional services / management consultancy offering corporate finance, consulting, advisory, tax, audit, assurance and legal services. Due to ongoing growth, our client is expanding their Legal Consultancy Division and is looking to hire a professional and corporate bilingual (Arabic / English) Legal Assistant to join the team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside the Legal Manager and Partner who deliver key legal advice and a superior service to their external clients. They are also responsible for further developing the business and current service-lines such as banking, financial services, employment, HR, general corporate, commercial and legal compliance within the Qatar legal framework in line with the international corporate strategy. Responsibilities will include liaising and visiting the Governmental Authorities as and when necessary on behalf of the clients depending on the legal services required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Law Degree coupled with a good understanding of the local laws and government authorities and experience in setting up commercial licenses. It is essential you have excellent written and verbal English and Arabic skills, you are well-presented and have strong business acumen and professional ethics. You should also be a driven and passionate problem solver with client relationship building skills, a desire to learn within the professional services sector and the will to join an organisation offering a long-term career.
