Our client is an international leading legal practice who is seeking an extremely professional and polished Personal Assistant to join this friendly team of professionals.
As part of the team you will work alongside a number of Fee Earners assisting with typing legal documentation, diary management, presentations, general administration, co-ordination of case documentation, organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders and clients as well as handle all incoming calls and correspondence.
The successful candidate should have the capacity to function independently and within a team interfacing with clients. You should be detailed orientated and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PA, ideally within the legal field. You should also have strong computer skills, outstanding English both written and spoken and be able to work to tight deadlines with ease. Our client is looking for a friendly and bright team player who is a self-motivated individual looking for a stable role in an international company for the long-term.
