Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international leading legal practice who is looking to hire an extremely professional and polished Legal Personal Assistant to join this friendly team of professionals.
As part of the team you will work alongside a number of fee earners assisting with typing legal documentation, diary and travel management, preparation of client presentations and bundles, preparation of supporting paperwork / documentation required for client meetings, electronic filing and maintaining client files. You will also be responsible for screening, prioritising and dealing with incoming calls and correspondence, time billing, monthly expenses, co-ordination of case documentation, research and organising meetings and attending events and seminars if required.
The successful candidate should have the capacity to function independently and within a team interfacing with clients. You should be detailed orientated, have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a PA, ideally within the legal field. You should have strong computer and time management skills, excellent written and spoken English and be able to meet deadlines with ease.
