Logistic Manager

Job description / Role

Management and coordination of all shipments (exports and imports) within this project

Task & responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Contacts with suppliers/supply/manufacturers to enable shipments and creating and issuing the necessary documentation for both the Spanish customs as the destination
- Develop of the “GUIDE FOR EXPORTING, TO ADVISE PROVIDERS RELATED TO PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE GOODS”
- Develop of Shipments documents.
- Management of Logistics Providers.
- Management and organization of dangerous products.
- Revision of the packaging are correct for each shipment.
- Coordination with the staff shortages in destination.
- Achieve the necessary permissions for the import.
- Achieve special certificates for imports of chemicals products and others special materials.
- Attend personally and to custom inspections.

Requirements

Work experience:
- A minimum of 4 years after graduation experience
- Minimum 2 years in logistic field.
- Ideally previous Middle East experience.

Professional skills:
- Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast cost & sales. Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Have good practical organization and planning skills.
- Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities.
- IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Engineering
