Job description / Role
• Responsible for Material movement plans for onsite and offsite.
• Coordinating with main Project Manager, Construction Managers and Suppliers to expedite efficient deployment of materials.
• Preparation of the master list of material / equipment’s received at site for site execution.
• Coordinate with Construction-in-charges and site supervisors regarding material requirement at site and ensure that materials delivered from stores are positioned at site in its designated area in a safe manner without any damages.
• Management of Construction plant equipment.
• Liaise with construction teams, stores personnel, expeditor, main contractor, transporters etc and ensure effective and appropriate handling, storage, distribution and transportation of equipment’s and materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Efficient Management of fleet
Requirements
• Degree / +2 & Diploma in Management. MS Office
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in any of the Middle East countries) in the field of planning and execution of material handling activities at site.
