Job description / Role
For our Warehouse in Ras Laffan, Qatar, We are currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor.
You will be required to:
- Do stock inventory
- Supervising picking and packing of goods
- Managing stock level lists
- Keeping track of various documents and their flow
- Meet with relevant customs authorities and agents if and when required
- Coordinate transportation of spares to and from the workshop in cooperation with our business partners.
- Warehouse process optimizations
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Relevant Logistics education
- Experienced user of Microsoft office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of and experience with stock inventory and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of Qatari customs rules is preferable
- Diplomatic skills, as communications will take place on multiple levels.
Furthermore you have a brilliant overview and are able to keep track of multiple tasks at the same time.
You are able to make a quick decision if and when it is needed and can participate in all levels of work, both on the floor and behind the desk.
