Job description / Role
Charterhouse Middle East working with a major real estate developer based in Qatar who is looking to hire a talented Mall Manager to join prestigious mall development. Large scale, this mall is one of the most exciting in the Middle East region.
Reporting to the CEO, your main responsibilities will be a hands role of speaking regularly with retailers, improving customer service standards, dealing with out sourced service providers and the operations staff. You will be responsible for leading a team of high level retail experts and offering advice to improve the performance of the asset.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have solid mall management experience and a proven track record of setting and delivering strategy to improve the performance of retail assets in major malls/retail assets. It is essential that you have experience in managing malls in either the Americas, Europe, Australia or Far East.
