Charterhouse is working with a highly reputable food service organisation who are looking to hire a Business Head – Food Trading to oversee the import, distribution and development of the division. As the Manager – Food Trading you will report directly to the COO – Food Trading.

Your main responsibilities will be to manage the supply chain and distribution across the country. You will lead and develop the distribution workforce, develop and maintain relationships with all clients new and existing. This role will oversee all staff, budgets and operations, whilst also constantly working to develop the business. This role requires a balance of management and sales.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in a managerial position within food trading distribution, especially selling to supermarkets and HORECA. The ideal candidate should have a mixture of operational and sales experience. Due to the scope of this role you should have experience within the Middle East, preference will be given to candidates with Qatar experience.
